Course description
The programme runs for almost a year and consists of seven modules held from Friday to Sunday. Lectures alternate with practical exercises, deep relaxation and forest bathing.
Between modules, we meet online for in-depth study, supervision and questions. You will also have home studies that help you integrate the knowledge at your own pace.
During the first two modules, we lay the foundation for how and why integrative reflexology works. You will learn how, as a zonetherapist, to read and understand the body's signals and the language of the soul through the signal system of the feet.
In the following three modules, we go through the body's various systems, both anatomically and functionally. You will learn how to give treatments that strengthen the body's own self-healing, as well as a technique for finding hidden resources in your clients.
We begin practicing full treatments as early as the fourth module and deepen our knowledge of the natural healing arts through a workshop in blood analysis.
After the fifth module, you can begin taking on practice clients, and you will learn how to document your treatments. By the end of the program you should have completed and documented 45 treatments.
The sixth module focuses on how we can support a strong body throughout life through lifestyle advice and treatments.
At the seventh session, we share experiences from our practice, give our final presentations and celebrate with certification and festivities.
This is where a whole new chapter begins.
